These terms apply to your use of greppedscouts.org (the "site"), which is run by Grepped Scouts ("we", "us"), operated by its two founders from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Grepped Scouts is an independent referral partner of Grepped AI, Inc. We are not Grepped AI, Inc. or its employees or agents. We cannot bind Grepped to any agreement, price, timeline or outcome, and nothing we say commits Grepped to anything.

2. Introductions and deals

We introduce companies to Grepped AI, Inc. Any data licensing agreement is made directly between your company and Grepped AI, Inc., on Grepped's own terms. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for its terms, its performance or its result. Whether a deal happens, and on what terms, is decided by your company and Grepped.

3. Information only

Everything on this site and in our emails is general information. It is not an offer, a promise of any deal, price or result, or legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. Get your own advice before making a decision about your data.

4. Eligibility

The site is for businesses. You must be at least 18 to use it, and if you use it for a company, you confirm you are allowed to act for that company.

5. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not:

• break any law or anyone else's rights while using it;
• copy, scrape or reuse its content without our written permission;
• interfere with the site or try to access systems you are not allowed to.

6. Intellectual property

The content on this site belongs to us or to those who licensed it to us. Grepped's name and logo belong to Grepped AI, Inc.

7. Links to other sites

The site links to grepped.ai and may link elsewhere. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or fit for any purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from any introduction we make, or from any dealing between you and Grepped AI, Inc., including loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, and any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under law that cannot be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claim, loss or cost (including reasonable legal costs) we incur because you breached these terms or misused the site.

12. Access

We may change, suspend or stop the site, or block anyone's access, at any time without notice.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date. Using the site after that means you accept it.
